Live Nation Canada Contract Ratification 2024 - 2028

The Employer and Bargaining Committee have agreed to terms on a renewed Collective Agreement for a term beginning July 1st, 2024 until June 30th, 2028.

As outlined in the Constitution and By-Laws of IATSE Local 118, a discussion meeting on the proposed Memorandum of Agreement will be held February 13th, 2025 via Zoom. @ 7:00 PM

Subsequent to the discussion meeting, an electronic ratification vote will be held.

The Executive has determined that there is a high likelihood any Local 118 member could work under and be subject to the terms of the Live Nation Agreement, and therefore are entitled to vote on the ratification of this Agreement.

As such, this ballot was open to all Local 118 "A" Members in good standing, regardless of whether they worked during the term of the previous Live Nation Collective Agreement. Any permittees who worked under the previous Live Nation Collective Agreement are also entitled to vote on this agreement per the BC Labour Code.

A copy of the proposed memorandum of agreement is attached to this post.  

The Live Nation Bargaining Committee recommended the Bargaining Unit vote to ratify the new agreement.
